Starting good, finishing worse than bad...
The company was very good at the beginning, getting to stay in contact and giving all the advice they can to get you to go with them. Once "the plan" is in place, I had to pay and after that, the communication went down. The collection of my items was delayed because they "didn't know they needed some documents for the border control" and I was already leaving the UK. So after nagging some friends to let me store my items at their house for 2 weeks, so that I wasn't charged extra for "two weeks storage" they collected my items. The waiting time was told to be between 1 to 2 weeks... well, I ended up waiting a month and a half!
As I was waiting, I kept sending emails to them, with no answer... (this went along for 2 weeks) So I then decided to input my mobile number in their webpage as requesting a new move, and surprise! I didn't take more than 30 seconds when the same agent called my number! He was not expecting it to be me.
This went on and on for weeks, it was until I threaten to complain through an ADR Scheme that they started reacting again to my emails, and just to note, they never told me which ADR Scheme they were in...
Overall, terrible service in my opinion, they become unresponsive when you need the best communication possible! And ignoring customers!! Well, just avoid the problem, pay a bit more somewhere else and get a better service!
