Extremely prompt in customer service, they had a deal for me within 48 hours that was fair (and on my desired moving date, which was only 10 days away!). Both the loading and unloading crews were awesome - great guys with pleasant personalities who worked HARD. Every stick of furniture arrived safely, including my china and glassware. While unpacking, I was taken aback by the care they took to wrap and store my things. I would 100% recommend working with them!

The companies you selected for us were extreamly slow to respond. One is still to submit a quote and the other was very expensive and failed to advise us to loose 3 cub m to downsize to a smaller much cheaper container. Sad service....

Paid for international packaging that we did not receive. Do we get a credit for these?? Damaged oil paintings not packaged properly. Told packing out dates which turned out to be incorrect resulting in us not being there for the second day. Incidently, all damaged goods packed on second day. Only one staff to unpack. We had to find workers to help out otherwise it would have taken 3 days to unpack.
No unpack documents given to us to check.
Now spending all available spare time getting quotes for damaged goods. Insurance company useless in helping.

Move isn't anywhere near over yet, as our possessions are still in Storage until we get ourselves a house here in Canada. Up until now thought Crown have been amazing in the way ther deal with us, the packing and removal from our home. I will gladly update you once the move is complete if you want me to!! You should have Crown on your list of movers!!

I found the agents who contacted me to less than professional. One company tasseled me and the agent was incredibly rude from Expat relocations. In fact Expat made an appointment and had not turned up by 10.pm. I rang and asked to cancel it at 9.40, but they still tried to make it happen. The next night, without prior arrangement, an appraiser turned up at the concierge at 9pm! Another emailed me a quote without even being contacted the quote was totally inappropriate, not surprisingly as they had no idea what we were moving, Leader relocations. They quoted for a 20ft container where I need a 40ft. Ram from ISS was good, and very polite. We chose a company that does door to door without agents. Ridgeway were so poor they couldn't understand english and when I tried booking an assessment the woman was unintelligible. I cancelled let them know that as communication was not working I would go elsewhere, they still tasseled memoir the job!All those who contacted us were mere agents.
