FBA moves to EU

Would never again use the services to any country outside the UK
2 seperate boxes of mine sent with a gap of a couple of days with a lot of stuff got completely lost in France
spent hours on phones chats and so on to anybody involved , got hung up on 2 times , p2g gives copy paste apologies and thats it

would always spend a couple of bucks more on a trustworthy delivery service from now on ...as its not worth the stress as at some point they just f...up..... use the direct sides of ec UPS or DHL .....never ever had this kind of trouble with those 2

great but not perfect

We went with TNT express, they arrived well on the day but we had 7 boxes down for shipping and he had 3 on his list he did take everything, our parcels arrived a day later then we had paid for, and also a second delivery man arrived a week later to pick up parcels that we didn't have.

So bad in every way possible

They arrived a day earlier than agreed to, took 2 items, which then arrived a day apart. The PC was damaged beyond repair and I'm currently trying to claim my money off of them, which has been ongoing for almost 2 months while they keep trying to delay it so it will most likely be going to court. The 1 stars in the review are only because I cannot give 0 stars

My boxes arrived destoryed

I sent 5 boxes from the UK to Canada which I had also carefully wrapped in plastic wrap to ensure their safety. When the boxes arrived they had all been destroyed and products lost. Had I not of wrapped them in plastic I don't think they boxes would have made it at all.

Very cheap international €102.99 for 1 standard box 10kg Ireland to New Zealand. Quick 3 day delivery. One problem with changing address, check very carefully your address is correct before submitting, this could lead to some problems.
Would definitely use again.
