Quite an informal approach during the booking process but a quick response to all queries. I requested a second man on the job and that the item being moved - a large white sofa - be packed in plastic. The non English speaking driver turned up alone without the means to pack the sofa. We had to take him to a DIY store to buy the materials and then help him pack and load. I am currently seeking compensation for this. The sofa was picked up and delivered on the dates requested.
