Extra costs all the time. We asked them for some help out of the original contract and they didn't help us. I won't recommend.

Friendly efficient movers in LA & Philly
I got three bids and they were in the middle which still seemed pretty high for a 100 sf studio. My company had me to go with them. Pickup guys were awesome. They had to climb up and down many steps curving around bushes on a very hot day. Drop off guys were also very friendly and efficient. In and out in 60 minutes. Thankfully there apt had an elevator. Nothing was damaged. Just wish it did not cost so much because it maxed out my relocation budget so I did not get reimbursed from my company for my expenses to ship my car, my flight or my rental cars in LA & PA.
