RUN FAST !

Goods missing or broken and horrible customer service. Just avoid them as they are many other reliable movers that can do the job !

Stay away from them. Unreliable. Goods missing.

Do not even think about doing business with this company. We used them to ship our goods from Germany to Darwin, Australia. As soon as we signed the contract and sent the money, no one was interested to answer calls or eMails anymore.
We were told they would come to pick up our stuff at 9AM. No one ever bothered to inform us that they would be 11 hours late. So we had to help them pack the stuff in the middle of the night.
It took more than 6 month to get our stuff shipped, 3 months longer than we were advised. Calls and Emails were constantly ignored. Finally our goods arrived. Parts of furniture and other items (Laptop, tool box) missing. We paid extra for an insurance that apparently does not cover these things. Not that anyone in this company is interested to solve any matters anyway.
Worst experience ever.

A nightmare!

Stay away from this company! They take your money and then they ignore you. Here is the review I wrote on google, just need to get the word out there and now I see that my experience is pretty much in line with what other people went through.

Steer clear of this company!!! We used them to move from Berne in Switzerland to Brisbane, Australia. I will keep it short. In the beginning, everything worked well, we received a nice looking proposal, the price was great, so we signed an agreement with them. That's when they dropped the ball. The guys to pick up our goods arrived, more or less unplanned, by the time they left, it was almost impossible to get a hold of anyone in this company. The trouble began in August 2019. We had no timeline for the shipping, nobody replied to emails or returned calls. We had a verbal agreement for a delivery no later than Christmas 2019, and nothing happened. I constantly tried to call, wrote emails, threatened them with police and lawyer as I was assuming our goods got stolen/lost. After months of fighting, our stuff finally arrived in Brisbane. That was July 2020, 7 months late. And we ended up with stuff missing, our Kitchen Aid (1,000$) and a few other things never showed up. We wanted to make use of the insurance we paid for, but again, nobody at SLS replies. They haven't even provided us with the insurance certificate. I am in the process of suing this company, I have reported them for theft and fraud (missing insurance policy) and will not let go of them until they paid for the damage they have caused. So, to sum it all up, be careful with the moving company you chose and put every detail in writing. SLS is probably the worst and most unprofessional company I ever had to deal with and from my point of view, a company like them should not even survive, for the sake of potential future customers and the pain they have to go through with them.

GO AWAY!!!

Terrible experience during this pandemic. Instead of taking extra care of their client, this company did the opposite with us. Our belongings arrived broken, damaged or lost with no refund expected. They increased the logistic fees during the move (not agreed) and keepts our personal stuff until payment... no choice for us in order to release them ! Thieves, do not contract them!

A nightmare !

From start to finish, they did all WRONG ! At the end they took our belonging in "hostage" and ask us for more money, to pay for customs, imports fees, and some extra logistics cost that were not included in our signed contract. Last but not least, some of our belonging were broken with no compensation. Just AVOID THIS COMPANY, there are plenty of professional movers around....

Dishonest

They gave us a low price which was changed after they picked our things up, some items were damaged and they try to avoid paying these by inventing procedures and not returning regarding claims after more than 3 month.

Worst customer service

From France to Dominican Republic
The arrangements to book move were ok, however, once the shipment arrived, there was a problem to clear asa SLS had not put the correct duty to be paid locally on 5r freight amount SLS quoted, and I had to pay more out of pocket in order to have delivery completed and cleared.
It took many international phone calls, many many emails, wasted time, and bad attitude of staff and non committed service.
They have me a quote for no suprise delivery.
This was not the case.
Very annoying and I would not recommend.
I paid a hefty quote and then had to pay more, or nit get my household effects

France to Dominican republic

Don’t use this company
They did not honour the quote of NO SUPRISES
When a suprise in freight tax happened, they refused to communicate
I had tomoay extra to get my shipment cleared.
Rude woman at the office. and Daniel with whom I made the deal, ignored my numerous emails to find out what was happening, and if they were working on a solution.
Worst shippers I ever dealt with

Worst service

They quoted me a door to door no suprises quote, and after they took my money, the communication got worse.
Once the shipment arrived, they would not cover the full cost of the Customs duty, based on a freight issue, and my shipment stayed in a warehouse over 2 wks, I still have nit recieved it, and don’t know if there has been theft.
Their attitude was rude, esp Sayvani the woman agent, Daniel with whom I made the agreement, made little effort to expedite the issue, and in the end, I have had to pay the extra charges, as they refused to help,

Criminal mover and move has been a disaster

AVOID ADC-SLS AT ALL COST. Daniel Stoll of ADC sent me a text SMS at the time when I was expecting the removal truck to arrive in London demanding 2000 Euros more otherwise he is holding my belongings in his storage in Strasbourg until I paid the ransom. I had to refer ADC to the lawyers as ADC action of demanding additional money after they have taken my belongings is actually illegal.
It was Daniel STOLL himself who physically, in person, calculated the volume. He saw every single item when you came to the apartment. Then, after he took my belongings, claimed the he miscalculated the volume! It was he himself himself who has done calculation!! I am lost for words as to what was the whole objective of his survey conducted at the apartment? How could I be penalised for your calculation or miscalculation?
Additionally, his workers came the night before the move, and looked at everything to be transported including what was in the cellar (cave) and they knew the volume. They were impressed that we have packed and wrapped much more than what they were expecting including even the lounge large settees and chairs and with the huge number of already packed boxes. I have started the packing, with friends (now witnesses) since 6 weeks before the move!!
Moreover, the volume ADC calculated has actually got much smaller since you did your calculations as I gave away numerous items since your visit: including one big mattress, one chandelier, one bureau ceiling halogen lamp, two large marble & glass tables, one clothes washing machine, one large antique chest of drawers, and several other items too many to list
Additionally, contrary to ADC initial promise to buy the huge wooden case/crate for the 75 inch plasma then you changed his mind after I signed the contract and told me that you wanted to take it for free instead. This huge item was amongst what the removal people have taken.
His demand for more money after he has taken the belongings and withholding them for ransom is legally entitled as "extortion"
ADC workers came the night before and looked at everything to be transported and realised we have packed most things. I had especially made crates for each chandelier made professionally by my previous expert movers, Packimpax which I wish I used again this time. The crates were absolutely ready with even the polystyrene protection already inside the crates and I, myself and my friend (also a witness), helped them with the simple task of hanging the chandeliers on the crate hanger. Moreover, 2 of the 3 mirrors were already packed in their respective crates when the movers arrived while the 3rd was just entered into its already made crate. I have dated photos of the boxes packed before the movers arrived.
ADC were amongst the most expensive moving companies already and for you to demand even more money, and after ADC took my belongings is beyond disbelief for me and all who are now involved in the case.
ADC breached the signed executed contract for the delivery on the 1st of October and this has had numerous detrimental impacts for which you will be legally responsible. As of today, 8th Oct 2018, ADC is still holding my belongings in their storage facility in Strasbourg while demanding increasing amounts of ransom and sending threatening emails that we won't get our belongings unless we pay the ransom
