Communicating with the company was difficult.
In the paperwork, they ask that you put down your Credit Card information. I called the company to verify as that seem rather reckless but they insisted that the number must be there. However, a week after emailed the papers they sent me an email saying I need to pay (when they already had my information. I found this rather unprofessional and was disgusted by the entire situation.
Also, the information they gave me about receiving my property was incorrect. I reached out to the company but no one ever responded.
I had to enlist several people on the island to help me track down my luggages here on the island since BDM refused to return my call.
In the end, I was satisfied that my luggages all arrived without damage.
