Singularly the worst international move we have experienced in the 13 internatio al moves so far over 20 years. The sales pitch was misleading & convinced us to go for the premium service including packaging of artwork & breakables by professionals. On the day we received a man in a soft-sided van with no knowledge of the job to be done, no packaging materials, blankets, bubble wrap, tape, boxes for artwork nor breakables. No inventory list provided & we insisted he numbered all items so they could be reconciled. During the move day we spent all day on the phone to Move24, buying materials, training driver & packing furniture, artwork & breakables ourselves. We missed our night ferry & had to reschedule. We filed complaint next day 3 times as the complaint form does not function & heard nothing despite numerous attempts. The numbers and emails are disconnected and contacts left. Last week made contact with the German parent co. and said will look into this serious contract breach.

Move24 shall not be considered as movers - they are just a platform using the Uber type of model to do business!
Not reliable, can't be trusted, we had to cancel from them as we could not trust to have our goods arriving safely...

Move 24 provided a very good moving service, their price was very competitive with the rest of the market however it was their level of customer service that finalised my decision to choose them. They were not pushy for the sell and were honest and helpful. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because I needed to speak to someone directly the day before my move and I could not get through to anybody in the British call centre all day, I was on hold for 10 minutes and then was just cut off. The move went perfect and all my stuff was in Berlin (move was from Sheffield, uk) within 24 hours. Good company and I would recommend.

I am not satisfied at all . They are not able to reach. Never answering on my questions
At the end the even gave me a non agreed date for remove just 4 days before collection
I cancelled the move and the are charged me 33 % of cost when they were not able to move my stuff on an agreed date.
I will never use an Internet service again

Generally all was ok. However all was ruined on the day of delivery when I discovered my televison had been unpacked from its original packaging and had been used, re-packed (very badly and without proper protection) and not only that had finger prints on the screen and the whole thing stank of cigarettes. Not Move24 problem but their moving partner. Currently trying to resolve this issue after providing photo evidence. If it can be resolved I may reconsider my review

The driver of the van was extremely helpful. All items arrived in excellent condition and on time. The initial confusion about dates, on the side of the UK broker of the service, was made-up by the actual movers' flexibility.

Bad choice.
The sales person agrees on the conditions. Writes everything in the comments for added information but nothing gets passed on the logistics team. The customer services doesn't even bother listen to you which results in many back and forth. Wrong paperwork to be provided to me.
Very late delivery as they left the warehouse when they should have been in Switzerland.
Accuses me of having provided the wrong information and that they waited for hours. If they had been, they would have been here on time. Also the actual movers confirmed that they hadn't left France before 5pm and couldnt have been here at 8am that same morning as they were moving someone else.
Used suppliers but don't even check how they work. The work conditions.
I say stay away.

We had a really poor experience with Move24. They managed to pick up our stuff on the date specified and deliver on the date specified, but outside of that everything was terrible. We went with Move24 as we were told that we would get moving boxes within 2 days - they didn't arrive for 2 weeks (after we had arranged our own). The company used to collect our stuff brought a van which was too small and the driver didn't speak any English. They also said they wouldn't deliver on the specified date. The day the stuff was supposed to arrive they missed the time widow by hours - updates from the company were hard to come by (many, many calls to customer service). They lost a ladder for a bunk bed - we still haven't been able to track down. I have given up at this stage trying to get it back (many emails and calls later, I was given a phone number for the company they sub contract to, left a message, no one contacted me back). They are cheap and deliver, but so much overhead and hassle

Worst customer support experience ever! I have moved internationally more than ten times and although the move was OK, somehow I was overcharged 30% extra (without my consent) directly on my credit card and no explanation was offered. I tried calling several times and emailing and no answer so far after 3 weeks.

the drive was exelent but the company I have to call so many time and they do not answer, and after was a problem with a payment, they charge me 300 euro for they mistake, in the end they fix it. Was expensive too.

Move 24 in London actually are brokers work separately. It was frustrated after playing the deposit because it's a broker got the deal then the customer service didn't know any details about the moving. For the international moving was really stressful. We didn't know who was the mover who is responsible for the moving. Contact the customer service always couldn't answer our questions..... it depends which mover company comes to you that means how lucky you are to have a nice movers. First move to leave London was fine but when we were waiting at Vienna the movers left some luggages not belonging to us. And the move 24 just take the payment without answering our mail anymore.... how to deal with the luggages of someone else still without getting any answer from the customer service..,..,, not a professional mover

An absolute nightmare. After six weeks, they announced that they would deliver our belongings to Madrid, but, on the very day of delivery, in the afternoon, after having spent waiting all morning and lose a day of work, they told me that they won't come until four days later. We had to live in an empty house sleeping in the floor for a week.

On the real delivery day, they arrived late in the evening, and refused to assemble the furniture, although we have paid for it, and leave us with an absolute mess.

They didn't answer to any complaint, and I am thinking about getting a lawyer and set a demand.

The sub-contractor of Move24 provided the zero quality service, where the transporter dared to raise a voice and be quite agressive to a client (being a young woman). Complaint filed to Move24 - waiting for 2 months with no feedback received.

I have used Move24 to move goods from Dublin to the Netherlands. Sales process was okay, fair price and emphasized that insurance was included.

Pick up was ok, did not come through to bring packaging material for my speakers but luckily I packed it myself.

However the delivery was horrible, everything in value literally broken/damaged, a $3K designer chair which I packed from top to bottom, broken, leather scratched beyond repair. A 40 year old record player with sentimental value broken. Our bed, the leather scratched/ torn at several places. And last but not least, my bike has bent wheels now (tri bike).

Insurance process was kicked off immediately which was good. However that was three weeks ago now and no update, no response nor a phone number to reach them on has been provided. They have not been in contact since.

If you read reviews on trustpilot you see that this is their way of working and they are scamming people, nothing more nothing less.

They use a third party contractor, who felt a little amateur. I asked for the packing service but they only included boxes, no filling so a couple of things turned up damaged (nothing too expensive, though). Nothing seemed to be lost but did turn up wet. Electronics weren't damaged, though. Overall, probably get what you pay for. Another concern is that the inventory isn't particularly detailed, so if you do raise an issue, it's likely it isn't on there.

The actual removal and delivery of furniture was fairly straightforward and I have no complaints about this. However Move24 as a company are atrocious. They repeatedly got our move date wrong, causing huge stress and worry, and it is almost impossible to communicate with them. The phone number for existing g customers with queries is seemingly unmanned, and never answered. We found the only way to contact them was by calling the number for new customers which, funnily enough, is always answered . Not only this but they took the money for our move three times from our account, leaving us without money after our move to a new country. I cannot stress enough how bad this company is. We have had no apology whatsoever, and were stonewalled when we wbetualu got through to enquirer why they had taken our money three times. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy.

The scheduled drive did not arrive on 2 occasions. A week later a small van turned up as they had not updated their information despite my sending the information twice. Move 24 tthen ried to charge us £2000 for sending a second van which was only 1 hour away. They tried to use the fact that they had half of our household goods to coerce me into agreeing to the £2000. They took the balance due on the original quotation from my bank card without warning and continued to pester for the £2000. We have finally got our goods out of their control, without paying the £2000 but do not know what will happen about it. NEVER use Move 24.

This was without doubt one of the worst service experiences of my life. I was lied to, ignored, treated with contempt and both the pick up and drop off dates were missed. I am now unable to get any response from my attempts to claim for damage made during the move. DO NOT USE MOVE24 under any circumstances. Moving house is stressful enough without dealing with these charlatans.

Move24 refused to do the contracted service, giving me notice after the agreed loading date and stating that there were exceptional impediments.
Despite that, they've offered the option of still realizing the same service for additional 1700£.
Be aware that, their terms and conditions simply protect them from any bad deal that they may do allowing them to let down the customer and avoid any risk. As a consequence the customer's life is completely secondary.
Ended up having to delay my move, with consequent additional and relatively hi costs.
Avoid Move24! They'll let you down if they have to.

Ten days before I was given a removal date I was rung up by Move 24 to tell it it would not happen in the time-frame, unless I agreed to pay an extra GBP 450. I had no choice but to agree as I had to leave my rented house by 31/01/2017, but it left a very bad impression with me. Two days before the move they put forward the date by a day, and on the actual day they turned up 1hr and 20 mins. late with no explanation and no warning. The actual removal men were very good at their job and the stuff was safely delivered on the day agreed, and ahead of time. I had rung Move 24 HQ to ask that they rang ahead and they did. So a bit up and down and the office didn't always know what their staff were doing. Worst of all we had agreed an actual amount and they had no business pressing me for more money, because of their own incompetence with logistics. I have paid the amount in full as I don't want any more trouble, but maybe some pressure from you would make them return GBP 450.

It was one of the worse "service" experience I have ever made to chose Move24. The partner "hunts international" was great, but the organizer Move24 was, better is a disaster. Never ever I will go with Move24 and their organization. Individually everybody gave me information but different one. The highlight is that a piano has to be located in a public space overnight because Move24 forgot to organize the Lifting to the apartment. No recommendation from my side.

Firstly it wasn't a vehicle for removals secondly book an English company get a polish guy who can't speak any English and could only drive the vehicle in a forwards direction couldn't reverse for toffee
Got there too early and the company wanted to charge me more the driver had a large pallet truck and two times one meter cube containers of his own in there
Although the guy was trying to be helpful he didn't know how to handle furniture and actually damaged my old coffee table and shaved the leather off one corner of the sofa dragging it across cobbles instead of leaving it to me and my friends to load best intentions wasted and wrecked
Companies lack of interest from receiving the money to be desired and left wanting
I will not use or recommend this firm
I'd rather take my chances down the local truck stop and ask there !

What an unbelievably unorganised and messy company. Apart from two exceptions, the rest of the employees were arrogant and unhelpful, contradicting each other in their information, disrespectful and outright rude people, I have never experienced such treatment before.

Information was not passed on, systems not updated, appointments changed several times, packaging materials delivered at wrong addresses, and all of these mistakes were not once acknowledged as such nor any apology ever expressed by their staff. The only people that did a consistently reliable job were the actual moving team on the day.

This abysmal experience was topped off by the company debiting our credit card unauthorised after full payment had already been made. No email answered or call has been received by the company since querying this. As I said, the worst experience of non existent customer service.

I feel not only disappointed and in disbelief but also deeply upset. Stay away from Move24.

So bad, completely disorganised and really unhelpful and not accommodating. I ended up making a complaint and received compensation. When arriving in Lyon the movers demanded and additional 50 euros to take the matress upstairs even though I had told them that it would not fit in the lift.

While there was a significant amount of confusion regarding time and timing, robo emails saying they were coming one day when in fact they didn't, Move24 did a great job. Clearly there is a need to improve internal communication and with their clients, but all in all it was simple and easy. The team that delivered my move was courteous, careful and are to be commended.

The customer service and information about the move has been extremely poor. After almost 2 months my move is still not complete and I have been given no information when my goods will be delivered to their destination. Very poor and will not recommend this company.

Worse Company ever.Over charge. They tricked me in taking my credit card number and charged me thru the roof with ever numerous excuses. And yes, they did not do it themselves, They used other company to do it for them.

Following our posting our needs on your website, we were contacted by Move24. I would not recommend them. They called and I described every single piece of what we had to move. The quote was attractive and we signed. Then it all started to go wrong: Communicating with them was a disaster, they didn't confirm our moving date for weeks, finally started to work on it, realized it was getting expensive to rent material, wanted to cancel or increase the price, couldn't get the required parking permit... It took us countless emails and calls to make it happen and they in the end outsourced to a team of romanians living in Germany and speaking German or Italian. Fortunately these guys were super nice. It was a very painful move, very hard to manage, some stuff got lost, other broken...
