Orbit was fantastic. They are professional, organized and their movers are first class. The staff putting the move together were responsive , intelligent and proactive. The guys picking up In Toronto were 5 star. The guys on the other end delivering in NYC were late , just ok and not as professional . The NJ based office was definitely not as organized. The woman I was communicating said she’d locate the movers who were MIA and then went to lunch! That issue boils down to Hiring,staffing and training . I don’t blame the Toronto office. It was out of their control
