The good: They were very responsive, they gave me the all the right information, no extra expenses incurred, and arrived fast at the date they told me. The move was from Colombia to Spain in a dedicated container just for myself with plenty of extra space.
The bad: They insisted me I should not pack anything, or wrap anything, during the inspection they saw bubble wrap, and told me not to use it at all. So I trusted them, when they packed, they just used cardboard and paper, a bit of bubble wrap, and no plastic for water protection, or moisture protection. They pilled up clothes with hangers on them, that cause leather jackets to get marks with all the weight of other cloths on them. Their wrapping worked to prevent things from breaking though, not a single plate or glass broken, though a cheap small table broke.
The ugly: The whole container arrived wet, everything, from clothes to TV, PC, Electric Piano. They just told me to deal with the insurance, I used their insurance ITI, and it was garbage, they didn't want to pay. The container arrived also with mold, and I can tell it suffered from extreme heat with white plastics arriving yellow in multiple objects. I did have a 100+ itemized inventory with costs for the insurance, so I did the pre-work, they just didn't feel delivering a wet container is good enough for insurance, I did get them to pay something, but not enough. The only thing that disappeared from the moving was a perfume, that they didn't want to cover either.
The moving company never told me why everything was wet, and they did not answer for it.
