TrustMover is a disaster. Use another company that knows their business and cares about customers.

I've been tricked several times:
1) Overpaid for net volume
2) Paid an unexpected Import tax fee because of the missing documents, as TrustMover shipped immediately without confirming with me while I needed time to gather documents.
3) Paid additional storage fee while gathering missing documents as TrustMover is not aware of what documents in what form are required for customs clearance, even with import tax.
4) TrustMover ignored destination agent warnings and picked the most expensive warehouse, forcing me to pay extra.
Details:
The initial conversation was fine and polite. The goods were picked up fast, but afterward, all my problems had just started.
They do not know what documents and in what form are required by the destination customs clearance.
They give you a list of documents to gather after the goods have been picked up.
They ship your goods before you gather documents.
They lie about CBM to make you pay more.
They ship without a green light from the destination agent, who knows that documents are missing.
They do not care about how much you will pay extra.
They do not communicate the situation to you as they do not know it themself. The destination agent has done most of the work.
I had to organize clarification calls by myself and understand the nuances of international shipments by myself. TrustMover played a bold role, lied, ignored facts, and just asked me to pay.
As a result of unprofessional work by TrsutMover, my goods arrived at the destination port with missing documents, and I had to pay additional fees (40-50 % of the initial quote)
TrustMover kept me hostage, as my goods have not been released, and they have a terrible relationship with the destination agent.
As a customer, I'm very disappointed in the services provided as its level is unacceptable, and the company operates like a scam.
