They price was competitive, the movers were really professional, I had to do almost nothing during the whole process, just fill out a few forms. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. We were trapped outside of China by the covid situation, so we asked RapidWorld Relocations to come to our place, pack our belongings and send them to us. They did a wonderful job, first by packing everything in a very short time with us on video call, then sending everything to our new apartment in Italy. Even if I would have preferred to pack things myself to sort them in my own organization system, and probably pack in a more volume-efficient way, they were tremendously helpful in every step of the process. The shipment took a little less than two months, faster than planned, and everything arrived in pristine condition. We are very grateful and satisfied.

Use only if you must

I hired this service to move domestically. Patrick from the Shanghai office was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and borderline aggressive. I strongly recommend that you do not hire this service as his unprofessionalism made me regret my decision. In their credit, the move was conducted on time and the local team was very efficient.
