The procedure was fairly painless and worked as expected. There was at times I thought a lack of information from the company at the destination. I had to send several emails to find out what was happening, these were responded to within a few days. The crew coming to my place were 2 hours later than the advised time and I was told that the crew leader, who could speak English, would call me before they came. This didn't happen and when they did come his English was very basic, I ended up using sign language and translation apps to communicate. The delivery itself was fast, efficient and done well and the workers who unboxed were friendly and knew what they were doing.
