I was very pleased with RELOSWISS. I moved from Switzerland to the USA (Oregon). They kept me informed during the entire process and responded to my emails within the hour. They were polite and professional. I have moved internationally many times, and this was, by far, the best experience I have had. I highly recommend RELOSWISS.

This company is a scam! They were dishonest at every stage.
1-They did not disclose they were not bringing a container to collect my things. Two guys turned up 25 hours late on the day of removal with a van. Not a shipping container. Was on a Saturday and the company office was not available to talk
2- I had to cancel my schedules to help them as it took them 2 days instead of 3 hours. They were outsourced and were unprofessional
3.They sent me invoice for the full container but later insisted I pay more for the extra cubic metre. Simona blatantly denied advising that they don’t charge for the extra cbm
4. The van doors opened on its own with my stuff in it on third way to warehouse. Luckily I was driving behind them to spit this.
4. My stuff were moved multiple times into a warehouse before finally loaded into a container. Which they decided was over the cbm as I was t there to see it.

Our son was 5 months old when sent our belongings off with Reloswiss. We received it when he was 11 months old in the United States. The original deliver date was supposed to only take 2 months or less. They did not refund us any money for the inconvenience. I can not recommend this company, and we certainly will not use them ever again.

Move from USA Nashville to Geneva

Very good communication, very reactive and reinsuring.
There were few issues during the packing, the reacted fast and with the right answer
On delivery, few items were broken, the insurance worked.

Horrible, terrifying and forgettable

The quality of move was horrible. The company sent untrained, ill equipped and small number of outsourced people (apparently not belonging to the company but outsourced). I had to work together with my wife to pack stuff to make it as per schedule... I had wounds on my feet by the end of the day. Would never recommend the agency, even for in-city relocation. I can share photographs of horror, if you need any details.

Unprofessional

Unpunctual; packing with too much paper and plastic; one individual container, but shipment only three weeks later.
In Switzerland 4 hours later than scheduled.
poor communication.
560 CHF over the budget and offered price.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great communication and clarification along the way. On moving day, the team were well organized, professional and courteous, as well as being very careful with out possessions. All this and great efficiency with the team finishing earlier than expected.

-6 of 47 inventory items missing or wrong upon delivery. Missing items included a 1985 Fender Stratocaster electric guitar (I doubt an item of that value was 'misplaced', but who knows), and a couch. How does one lose a sectional couch?
-Items from our shipment were identified solely by a red-framed sticker with a hand written number corresponding to the inventory number of the item. no shipment identifier, company identifier, or even company logo. This explains how one can lose a couch. They just hoped to be able to tell the red stickers from any other red stickers?
-Gloss-finished cabinet doors were transported without being wrapped or packaged. They are no longer glossy.

Reasonable price, generally friendly service, nothing was lost or broken. There's no tracking service, so we had no idea how long it would take (with just under two months, it was about what we expected).
The only complaint is that the packers did clearly not try to save space, packing rather unsystematically and inefficiently (filling up book boxes with paper etc.). So while the final volume & price were about what we expected, we did pay for quite a bit of air/empty space.
