Horrendous
Bad planning, bad execution and then just bad service.
Bad packing leading to many items broken
Did not pack 3 sofas into the container or inform me they did not pack them or give an opting for a larger container
refused to honour the contract, and refused to ship my sofas to me
stopped answering the phone or played he is the only one can make a decision and is not here. This went on 3 months until i agreed to pay costs
Horrendous customer service, in fact just horrendous really horrendous
Worst company ever should be investigated and closed down
