We moved from Belgium to Canada, Putters were very efficient, they communicated very well, the team they sent to pack everything were super, our stuff arrived in approx 4 weeks which was faster than expected. The agents they used on the other end were also excellent communicators and very helpful. Between them they made the whole thing go smoothly.

Overall Putters handled the removal well, but some things were not to our satisfaction:
1. Probably because two of the removal crew in Belgium were not sufficiently experienced or trained some of the packaged items were insufficiently packed.
2. Contrary to original promises our belongings were not kept in the original container until delivery in Canada but were instead unloaded into a storage in Vancouver and the loaded into another removal truck for delivery.
