Absolutely hassle free
A represent from RAC came out to my villa in Spain to see what furniture was going to be moved over to Scotland. Stephen arrived on time and was brilliant. This was the only company that I had contacted who actually came to the house to work out a price and explain the process rather than me giving a list via the internet. A quote was given the next day and was very competitive. After a date for the collection was agreed Stephen still periodically phoned to check everything was still on schedule which I really appreciated as I was doing everything on my own.
The day of the move everyone arrived as planned and I can honestly say I have never met such a happy, helpful bunch of men as they were. They took everything outside that was going, numbered each item and loaded them onto the van.
I was kept informed as to when my furniture would be delivered as we had agreed a window of days to allow me to relocate and for them to collect other loads and travel to the UK. On the day they arrived again on time, everything was unloaded and checked off as it was taken into the house. There was absolutely no shortages or damage.
I was expecting the move to be extremely stressful but this company and team of movers left me with nothing to worry about with no problems at all.
I certainly think the personal touch made all the difference as I had a contact point whom I had met. I would highly recommend this company to anyone planning a move from UK to Europe or vice versa.
