Worst relocation service ever!
They try to get as much money from you as possible and deliver damage goods. Their service is pathetic and unprofessional.

As someone who recently underwent a relocation, I cannot praise ISS Relocation enough for their outstanding service. From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and stress-free relocation experience.

I can only concur with all the reviews already posted regarding ISS. Professional is the service you wish and that is what you get from the opening enquiry to the time the van disappears down the road ! This was a domestic international move (Dubai to Thailand with nearly 40 years of clutter) and Ruby Ann, the packing team and the service was perfect throughout. They say that marriage and moving are the two most stressful things you go through in life but the service for the latter received from ISS certainly put paid to that theory ! Would I recommend this company ? Highly.... every time. Note: They were the only company that insisted on a pre-inspection which resulted in the most competitive of eight quotations received. I have to say from my initial enquiry with ISS Relocations through to the packing of my personal belongings the service has been professional and very efficient. Every question and concern was answered quickly and the packing crew were amazing. I really want to mention the service by both Jekaterina from the main office to Oliver my packing team leader. First Class !!

I m happy with the team on ISS, they were very flexible with my request and always in touch with me for the quotations and changes. The team in France also very efficient. The packers very proffesional and fast on the packing day, but after unpacking I realized how many paper they used, that may be was no that necessary but nothing was broken

Engaged Ruby and her team for a long distance move, we changed plans, and Ruby and her team pivoted on a dime. We engaged them for a local move, and they were fantastic. Not a single issue, nothing broken, nothing damaged. Ruby was the consummate professional and her team of movers were awesome. I cannot give 6 stars, but if I could I would. If you’re doing a move in UAE, ISS is the only choice. Reasonable price and EXCELLENT service.

A rather difficult operation due to the limitations of containers in the pandemic era. Since day one, you feel you are dealing with true professionals: the Manager Mrs Amel Gaham, evaluating with precision the size of container needed to fit the goods to be transported, and mainly understanding the specifics of an operation for a public entity with all its requirements. Mrs. Amel presented the right solutions, never avoiding the problems to adapt to the needs of the customer. Thats what i call real know how. Similarly at all the other levels; Mr. Visnhu, with the quotations follow up and finally the packing team, and btw, they presented the best quotation by far, and I consulted other two major companies. Everything went smoothly and on time. So I could get my container arrriving at the port of Lima just two months after leaving Abu. I was expecting delays due to the hazardous conditions of the maritime travels these days. Local removal company Express also meets the expectations and it proved to be a fair partner of a high profile and high standars company like ISS. I am happy i picked ISS and I strongly recommend it.

I used ISS to send a shipment of rock samples from Muscat to Heathrow. The samples were delicate and required careful packaging. ISS were able to provide all of the boxes and packaging materials and packed the samples very carefully. They also assisted us in getting to and from the packaging warehouse. We had very little time to get the samples shipped and ISS were very accommodating to our needs. They provided a friendly and dedicated service at a good price and the shipment arrived in the UK with no problems and all samples still intact. Highly recommended!

I recently moved from Bahrain to UAE. And right from the beginning, it was managed professionally. Githin, Kristine has coordinated the shipment and got it delivered without any issues.

We moved from Fujairah to Dubai and Mr. Pushkar camefrom Dubai to see us in Fujairah and discuss the arrangements and fees (also brought boxes with him so we could start preparing some already). All was done very professionally and fast with good care of our items. I recommend ISS .

We were moving countries first time with my husband and 1 year old and had very limited time to take care of any packing or arranging. ISS did everything for us ! With very limited paperwork and best service from Anish (Dubai) we had absolutely nothing to worry about and had one huge headache less to worry while moving countries with all of our belongings. Anish explained to us everything in super simple way, made sure all of our requirements are met, arranged the date , 4-5 people came to our house, packed everything within few hours and left. 2 months later we received everything in absolute amazing condition: nothing was lost or damaged. Delivery came exactly when we were told it will come, no delays.
