Household items including limited furniture items
Massive delays in the delivery to US port as well as within the US. It was handled within the US by Universal Relocations. Two items were delivered severely damaged due to mishandling and between the two companies and both refusing to take responsibility, and proper handling tracking is provided. No one offered to fix the broken items. I am completely dissatisfied with this service .
